Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 13:00 to 22:00

Service Overview :

The Campaign Management Specialist will work with the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and proactively informing and activating relevant teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

The specialist will leverage their digital marketing expertise to advise stakeholders and maintain visibility into market plans, facilitating connections within the DU.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and the HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client expectations.
  • Keep Delivery Managers (DMs), Service Account Leads (SALs), and other DU teams informed through regular updates and meaningful interactions.
  • Review campaign dashboards regularly and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
  • Understand market needs and explore opportunities to connect or leverage other DU services.
  • Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels, stages, and functions.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining close relations with internal DU service providers.
  • Coordinate communication within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams to ensure efficient consultancy.
  • Adhere to service processes, suggest optimizations, and provide solutions when needed.
Requirements & Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or technical studies with proven business acumen.
  • Experience in project management, client/account management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, and connect different teams.
  • Experience blending business and technical topics to interpret requirements and develop solutions.
  • Client management skills and incident de-escalation experience.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement or B2C marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with email and SMS channels; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with Paid Media is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and creative thinker.
  • Attention to detail, pride in work, and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and interfacing with global clients.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects.
