What You'll Do:

The Campaign Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across the group over several brands. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Account Strategists) and external clients to manage campaigns from planning to post-campaign reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide custom support for high-spending clients in collaboration with Senior Account Strategists, developing knowledge of supported portfolios and contributing to account growth.
  • Deliver operational, efficient, and accurate campaign recommendations and lead execution.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, participating in weekly calls and quarterly business reviews led by Senior Account Strategists.
  • Handle first-level client responses for reporting and short-term optimizations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including third-party attribution.
  • Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative to meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion.
  • Implement ad campaigns technically, aligning with client KPIs.
  • Manage inventory and create custom reports for clients.
  • Lead the launch of new campaigns.
  • Regularly evaluate, analyze, troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate seasonal trends, and address ongoing issues.
  • Use insights from various data sources to inform campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for new solutions and contacts.
  • Complete internal administrative tasks such as submitting requests and following up with support teams.
  • Participate in training to develop skills.
Who You Are:
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in KPI analysis, client communication, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Capable of building strategies for both broad and targeted approaches.
  • Skilled in working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of client and team needs, with awareness of industry evolutions.
  • Strong project management skills for coordination.
  • Creative and proactive in proposing ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent at developing innovative ideas and preparing client presentation decks.
  • Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Organized, structured, and deductive.
