We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist for the French market. As a Marketing Campaigns Leader, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and execute effective marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and meet our business goals in France. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of marketing specialists in social media, community management, and PR. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the French market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in successful campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the French market.
• Coordinate global campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
• Lead and support a team of marketing professionals, including specialists in social media, forums, and press relations, providing guidance to achieve team goals.
• Identify opportunities to boost brand visibility and drive results through innovative initiatives, partnerships, and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as CRM and Creative Services, to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, report insights, and recommend optimizations based on data.

Successful Candidates Have

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing projects from conception to execution.
