We seek a talented and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist for the French market. As Marketing Campaigns Leader, your main responsibility will be to plan and execute marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and meet our business objectives in France. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including social media, community, and PR specialists. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the French market, excellent leadership skills, and a successful track record in campaign management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and execute marketing strategies tailored for the French market.
• Coordinate global campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels.
• Lead and support a team of marketing professionals, including specialists in social media, forums, and communications, guiding them toward achieving team goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive results through innovative initiatives, partnerships, and promotions.
• Work with cross-functional teams like CRM and Creative Services to develop engaging marketing materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations based on data.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE :

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects from start to finish.
