We seek a talented, results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist for the French market. As Marketing Campaigns Leader, your main role will be to coordinate and execute effective marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and meet our business goals in France. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including social media, community, and PR specialists. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the French market, excellent leadership skills, and a successful track record in campaign management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for the French market.
• Coordinate global campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across channels.
• Lead and support a team of marketing professionals, including social media, forum, and press specialists, guiding them to achieve objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive results through innovative initiatives, partnerships, and promotions.
• Collaborate with CRM and Creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, report insights, and optimize strategies based on data.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE :

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing projects from concept to execution.
