Formación

  • Minimum 18 months’ experience running direct response campaigns on Facebook or Google.
  • Fluent in English and either Italian or German, both written and spoken.

We are a remote digital marketing agency delivering exceptional results for our clients. We work with a range of brands, including e-commerce, finance, travel, subscription, health and fitness. We have a team of 80 people based all over the world and we are excited to continue growing the TRGT team.

We are part of an agency group called Sideshow, a holding company of 10 different agencies working on media, creative, CRO, website experience and data, bringing together a team of more than 700 people across the UK, Europe and North America.

Position

About the Role

This is an operational role, to run Paid Media campaigns for a mixture of clients. Usually between 2-4 clients, depending on size of accounts.

Your channel mix will always include Meta, as it is our largest spending channel. We provide full training on our Meta methods.

You may also be assigned other channels depending on your experience and the client needs. If you have a search background you will likely be assigned some search accounts, as well as Meta.

Working with the Performance Director on each account, you will look after the daily campaign management, analysis and optimisation. You will also provide suggestions for tests and potential expansion opportunities. As you gain experience, you will be given more responsibility with client management, client comms and strategy to allow you the chance to develop and grow your skills.

Our Campaign Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign management and wants to work at a leading performance marketing agency. You must have experience running performance campaigns on Meta or Google (or both). You must have excellent data skills and attention to detail.

This is a full time, permanent position. We are a remote agency, you can be based anywhere, as long as you are willing to work with a 6 hour crossover (UK working hours).

We are looking for someone who is process driven, meticulous, and has a passion for driving great results. You must be a good team player, able to take direction and able to prioritise a busy workload.

  • A / B testing and supporting Performance Director with test ideas

  • Internal knowledge sharing
  • Learning new channels if you don’t know them already, such as TikTok, YouTube, X

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian or German written and spoken
  • Minimum 18 months’ experience running direct response campaigns on Facebook or Google
  • Advanced excel or Google Sheets skills - formulas, pivots and graphs
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Highly self motivated
  • Process driven
  • Ability to adapt and action things last minute when needed
  • Team player

Desired Skills (not essential)

  • Ideally agency experience with 1 year client comms
