Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Service Overview:

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely and high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The role involves maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, proactively connecting with and ensuring execution across the Delivery Unit (DU). Responsibilities include understanding digital marketing campaigns, informing and activating teams for execution, and providing updates and visibility to stakeholders.

The specialist will leverage their digital marketing expertise to act as a consultant, providing insights and connecting market plans with DU execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with markets, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
  • Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams updated with regular status reports and meaningful touchpoints.
  • Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
  • Understand market needs and explore leveraging other DU services.
  • Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels, stages, and functions.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with internal DU service providers.
  • Facilitate communication within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams to ensure efficient consultancy.
  • Adhere to service processes, suggest optimizations, and provide solutions when necessary.
Requirements & Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or technical studies with proven business acumen.
  • Experience in project management, client/account management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders, connecting teams, and interpreting technical and business requirements.
  • Client management skills, including incident de-escalation.
  • Experience with Patient Engagement or B2C marketing is highly preferred.
  • Experience with email and SMS channels; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with Paid Media is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to work independently and interface with global clients.
  • Strong time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects.
