Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Service Overview:

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely, high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for global stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, proactively connecting with teams to ensure proper execution, and providing updates to stakeholders and project owners.

The role requires leveraging digital marketing expertise to act as a consultant, understanding market plans, and facilitating connections across teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with market teams and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
  • Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams updated with regular status reports.
  • Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, including quarterly reports.
  • Understand market needs and explore leveraging other DU services.
  • Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs and maintain relations with internal service providers.
  • Connect internal customers with DU teams to advance projects and provide consultancy.
  • Maintain communication within the Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other DU teams.
  • Adhere to service processes, suggest improvements, and address deviations.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical field with business acumen.
  • Experience in project/client management or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Skills in integrating business and technical topics.
  • Client management and incident de-escalation skills.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working independently and interfacing with global clients.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
