Campaign Management Specialist (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Service Overview:

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and proactively informing and activating teams to ensure campaign success. The role requires acting as a digital marketing subject matter expert, consulting with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with market plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns adhere to global standards and are executed according to plans.
  • Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams updated with regular status reports and meaningful touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign dashboards, generate insights, and prepare reports (e.g., quarterly reports) for internal clients.
  • Understand market needs and explore opportunities to leverage other DU services.
  • Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels, stages, and functions.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining strong relationships within the DU.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams.
  • Ensure adherence to service processes, suggest optimizations, and address situations where processes do not fit.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred) or technical studies with proven business acumen.
  • Experience in project management, client/account management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, connecting business and technical topics.
  • Client management skills, including de-escalation of incidents impacting customers.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS channels; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working independently and interfacing with global markets.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple fast-paced projects.
