Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview :

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The role involves maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and acting as a digital marketing subject matter expert to advise stakeholders and facilitate campaign execution.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
  • Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams updated with regular status reports and meaningful interactions.
  • Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports, for internal clients.
  • Understand market needs and explore opportunities to leverage other DU services.
  • Deeply understand the customer’s multi-channel campaign strategies across all stages and functions.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining close relationships with internal DU service providers.
  • Connect internal customers with DU teams to advance projects and provide consultancy.
  • Maintain communication within the Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other DU teams to drive efficiency.
  • Adhere to service processes, suggest improvements, and address situations where processes cannot be followed.

Requirements & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
  • Experience in project management, client / account management, or consulting within digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, and connect different teams.
  • Ability to blend business / marketing and technical knowledge to interpret requirements and develop solutions.
  • Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Paid Media is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working independently and interfacing with global markets.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple fast-paced projects.
