Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, offering advertisers a wide range of media solutions across Amazon’s platforms, including mobile and desktop websites, Kindle, Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform. We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign and Creative Manager passionate about helping advertisers make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions. You will build trust and ensure a seamless advertiser experience through effective campaign management, data-driven creative strategies, and ongoing education, all aimed at helping advertisers grow on Amazon while maintaining excellent customer experience. CCMs manage campaigns efficiently, identify workflow improvements, and implement best practices across teams. The role offers a dynamic environment with continuous learning and skill development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning and delivery of high-quality advertiser engagements, educating on policies and creative best practices to improve campaign results.
  • Coordinate the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Consult with advertisers on creative strategies using data insights.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues during campaign lifecycles.
  • Analyze data to develop and manage process and product improvements to enhance efficiency across verticals and locales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, ad specifications, file formats, and technologies.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability and quick learning of new tools and processes.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce.
