Campaign and Content Execution Senior Manager Mission
- Omnichannel Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Global Omnichannel Strategy lead to drive the execution of omnichannel strategy at the local affiliate level.
- Content Integration: Ensure content developed by marketing for promotional campaigns and channels seamlessly integrates with downstream applications and is readily available for analytics and reporting.
- Modular Content Templates: Partner with global marketing to define modular “content templates” with tagged elements to support reusability and efficient scaling.
- Expertise Development: Coordinate with other capability leads to develop the required expertise in data, analytics, and technology to support the omnichannel strategy.
- Channel Adoption: Focus on increasing the adoption of multiple channels (traditional and digital) and ensure the availability of content to support execution.
- Standardization: Work with country engagement teams to standardize processes and ensure that the required data and technology capabilities are set up to support business needs.
- Performance Reporting: Coordinate the preparation of reports and dashboards on the performance of omnichannel campaigns and tactics across countries.
- Best Practices: Look for and share best practices in omnichannel execution and implementation across countries.
Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. A graduate degree in a healthcare, business, or economic field is preferred.
Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the life sciences environment, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry and/or related strategic consulting services.
- Digital Trends Knowledge: Good knowledge of digital trends and specifically omnichannel implementation in pharma.
- Pharmaceutical Processes: Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial processes (sales, sampling, etc.) and data.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools. Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft data management tools/databases (e.g., PowerBI).
- CRM Knowledge: Ideally, good knowledge of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault/Promomats and/or Salesforce.com tools and data models.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management: Good project management capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Capacity to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
