Formación

Offer Description

REQUIREMENTS

a) EDUCATION

• Higher Technician in Laboratory Science or equivalent.

b) EXPERIENCE

• Experience in isolating primary cells from peripheral blood samples and handling biological samples in biosafety level 2 culture facilities.
• Experience in nucleic acid extraction and purification.
• Experience in immunofluorescence.
• Experience in data analysis.

c) OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency with statistical / bioinformatics software.
• Programming skills in Python, R, and Bash.
• Experience with 3D modeling and docking.
• Experience with immune cell activation, proliferation, and apoptosis experiments.
• Experience in genomic analysis.
• Experience with flow cytometry and confocal microscopy.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Tasks to be performed

• Processing of organs for histological techniques, including immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.
• Biostatistical analysis using Python and R tools.
• Tomographic analysis using neural networks.
• Analysis of post-translational modifications with dedicated software.

Additional Information

The contract is temporary and tied to the research project "Recycling cytotoxic compounds from sea organisms for intratumoral cancer immunotherapy (RECYTSEA)" (PLEC2022-009298), with immediate incorporation.

Evaluation criteria include software proficiency, structural modeling, genomic analysis, English proficiency, and personal interview performance.

The selection process involves curriculum review and a personal interview, conducted by a jury.
