What you’ll do:

  • Managing payments and bank account changes.
  • Generating transfers and ensuring that data and amounts match across systems.
  • Verifying the legal documentation required to execute transfers.
  • Handling specific bank requests, such as providing contracts or invoices for international transfers.
  • Assisting with accounting tasks, such as managing recurring invoices and bulk data uploads for bookkeeping.
  • Managing employee cards (activations, deactivations, updates, control).

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounting departments.
  • High level of English (essential).
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, and email platforms.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Navision / Microsoft Business Central.
  • Additional languages will be a plus.
