Les candidats doivent avoir une formation en ingénierie correspondante et au moins un an d'expérience en calibration de systèmes hybrides.

Formación

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience en calibration, de préférence dans les systèmes hybrides.
• Permis de conduire B (voitures particulières) obligatoire.
• Compréhension des moteurs à combustion interne et de l'électronique de puissance.

Responsabilidades

• Suivre un plan de validation pour vérifier le comportement correct des composants de la chaîne de traction.
• Assister les équipes de production et de calibration pour maintenir les prototypes opérationnels.
• Gérer l'assemblage, la validation et l'industrialisation des calibrations des composants de la chaîne de traction.

AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) as

Calibration Engineer Hybrid Powertrain

Several possibilities for Calibration Engineers within our growing workgroup that include:

• System validation engineers: Follow a validation plan to verify the correct behavior of powertrain components when submitted to a failure.

• Powertrain debug engineers: Assist production / end-of-line / dealerships and calibration teams to maintain prototypes and customer vehicles fully operational.

• Calibration data management: Assembly, validation and industrialization of calibrations related to powertrain components.

• Generic calibration engineers: Plan and perform a wide range of tests within engine bench and vehicle on engine base calibration / emission / diagnostics or driveability.

• Calibration pilots: Work together with junior and senior calibration engineers to ensure the proper development of the calibration (technical lead - overview of all activities).

Mostly gasoline hybrid platforms within our current projects.

Calibration of internal combustion engine and high voltage components.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Depending on selected role.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: Mechanical / Automotive / or similar Engineering degree.

• Masters in Automotive related subjects desirable.

• Provided understanding of internal combustion engines and power electronics.

• Competences acquired on ETAS INCA, AVL Concerto, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Creta, DDT2000; Matlab Simulink or similar tools required.

• English and Spanish required.

• French is a plus.

• Driving license B (passenger cars) mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of previous calibration experience, preferable in hybrid systems.
