Position Summary :

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our team at our offices in Spain. Reporting to the Finance Manager for Europe, the candidate will analyze, study, and examine the financial status of our legal entities to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate must be located in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare budgets, analyze balance sheets, and develop financial reports to support management decisions (including P&L, B&S, Cashflow, Working Capital, etc.).
2. Design and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
3. Generate various financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, management reports, working capital analysis, contribution margins, R&D expenses, etc., for the finance department.
4. Oversee the accounting closure for one or more European companies.
5. Analyze inventory costings and price fluctuations.
6. Monitor external and internal audit processes.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a multinational industrial sector or large audit firms.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in financial software and tools, especially MS Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills, proactive, organized, with attention to detail.
6. Ability to collaborate in a multinational environment and manage multiple priorities.
