Who is CCS CAI?

CCS stands for Contact Center Services and CAI for Conversational Artificial Intelligence.

The core of the CCS CAI unit is to design, deliver, and operate VoiceBots for Allianz entities worldwide.

The VoiceBot team within CCS provides robotic voice solutions for Allianz group standard center platforms. Currently, the team is building a global expert group to drive the design, implementation, and operation of these solutions.

What you do

• Manage international VoiceBot projects from start to finish.
• Set up project organization, develop business cases, and design implementation roadmaps.
• Lead an international project team of internal experts and external subcontractors.
• Track milestones to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage project resources to meet objectives.
• Work independently in a dynamic, cross-cultural team environment.
• Report project progress and status to stakeholders regularly.

What you bring

• A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, ensuring objectives are met on time.
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and policies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conducting status meetings.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
