Bystronic is seeking a Software Support Consultant in Madrid, Spain, to provide L1–L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing. You will diagnose issues, install and configure software, and plan training as needed.

The ideal candidate has a technical background (CS or Engineering), 1+ years in software support, strong English, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Formación

• Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 1+ years in software support or technical customer service.
• Proficient in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1–L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics apps.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues via phone, email, or tickets.
• Install, configure and update software on customer systems.
