Formación

• 5+ years of experience in engineering teams or as a senior mentor.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
• Deep understanding of database design is required.

• Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries.
• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Support CI / CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.

C# Tech Lead – iGaming Industry

Location: Remote from Spain

We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries.
• Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation.
• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within an environment.
• Support CI / CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
• Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow.

Key Requirements

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor.
• Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, and database design.
• Solid experience working in a relevant environment.
• Experience with Kafka, GCP or Azure, and distributed cache systems.
