Software Engineer - International Opportunity

Are you passionate about solution design, technical analysis, and cross-team collaboration?

Join ALTEN and contribute to the redesign of critical software for some of the most advanced machines in the world.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current implementations and align differences between code branches
• Design common architectural solutions and adapters between components
• Document technical processes, architectural decisions, and validation strategies
• Work closely with other technical and verification teams
• Validate and maintain test cases and continuous integration pipelines
• Occasionally contribute to coding tasks (around 20% of the time)

Technical Requirements :

C / C++ : Proven experience with both languages

Software Design Architecture : Strong experience and analytical mindset in structured design

Testing : Hands-on experience with software validation and testing

Hub Actions / CI / CD : Desirable

Soft Skills (Critical for this Role) :

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to clearly document and explain technical decisions to different stakeholders

Proactivity in research and proposing solutions

Technical leadership and initiative

End-to-end solution-oriented mindset

Experience in agile environments : Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
