Una empresa líder en soluciones de eficiencia energética busca un Business Development Manager para unirse a su equipo en Galapagar, Madrid. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas dentro del sector HVAC y habilidades probadas en gestión de cuentas. Este rol implica la ejecución de un plan comercial, la generación de oportunidades y la negociación con clientes para cerrar acuerdos estratégicos. The Job

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Future Motors sales team, with a focus on selling our innovative smart motor system.

You will have managed the sales of large national accounts in the retail sector or other segments. You are able to present to sales and technical managers, and are comfortable presenting a vision, translating technology into business value. Bringing your experience in direct sales and through channel partners, you can build compelling propositions, present financial value propositions and build solutions to meet customer needs.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the execution of the commercial action plan established by the company to capture opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Management and exploitation of your commercial portfolio, the generation of leads, as well as the representation and leadership of the company's commercial activities.
  • You will proactively seek business opportunities and projects for which you will have to negotiate the best commercial conditions. (Acquisition of new corporate accounts)
  • You will promote the achievement of objectives and the competitive advantages of your Services-Products, prepare sales arguments and effective and innovative commercial presentations for the correct development of the business.
  • Knows the sector in which it operates, its main players, competitors and the most advanced services and products, with the ability to investigate new opportunities in the sector and in new markets.
  • Coordinates with the different departments that are key to its management. Performs effective team management both within the company and in relation to the clients, suppliers and collaborators they manage.
  • Is up to date with the regulations and legislation in force in his / her activity and with all the safety and quality terms of the products / services.
  • You are able to close agreements and negotiations with customers, establishing and initiating the basis of the contractual relationship with your customers.

Requirements

  • We prefer you to have 5+ years selling hardware and / or control solutions in the HVAC or BMS industry, but we will make exceptions for the right people.
  • Direct sales and account management experience with a demonstrable record of accomplishment of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience and proven success with strategic clients.
  • Strong ability to execute : results focused, detail oriented and organizationally driven.
  • Willing to travel
  • Advanced level of English (C1 )
