Sales Executive Spain - remote

CRMs, RPAs, chatbots, and AI have played a key role in digital transformation across organizations of all sizes and industries. However, most organizations are still at the early stages of this journey. Most COOs and Operations managers are required to deliver quarterly operational efficiency gains to meet business needs, yet many digital transformation solutions depend on long-term results and require multi-million-dollar investments.

Automaise aims to accelerate digital transformation by deploying AI Agents that enhance productivity and efficiency in customer service and back-office tasks. Our clients use our AI Agents to achieve significant operational efficiency gains within 3-6 months post-implementation. Our solutions are used by global organizations across Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, and Insurance sectors, relying on CRM solutions like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Dynamics365.

Job Overview

We seek a highly collaborative, outcome-oriented Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us capitalize on this market opportunity. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive in developing new business, and comfortable with outbound B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the entire sales process to meet performance metrics, focusing on new business sales.
  2. Identify and research territories, develop go-to-market strategies, and create target account lists within 30 days.
  3. Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
  4. Maintain and grow the sales pipeline to exceed targets.
  5. Engage with prospects using strategic, value-based selling, including ROI analysis and business case development.
  6. Manage the full sales cycle, involving Sales Engineers, VPs, and C-Level executives.
  7. Achieve sales targets by selling solutions into midmarket accounts.
  8. Balance short-term results with long-term revenue growth.
  9. Provide accurate monthly forecasts and revenue reports.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience selling SaaS solutions in customer service/contact centers.
  2. Success in complex sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
  3. Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  4. Hunter mentality, eager to develop new territories.
  5. Strong planning and organizational skills.
  6. Customer-centric with business acumen in Customer Service & BPO sectors.
  7. Consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
  8. Team player with a company-first attitude.
  9. Fluent in Spanish and another European language.
