Leica Biosystems is part of Danaher’s Diagnostics Companies. Together, we aim to improve patient lives with innovative diagnostic tools addressing major health challenges. The Commercial Director IBERIA will develop and implement growth strategies for the full LBS product portfolio in IBERIA, increasing market share through effective leadership and team development. This role is remote, based in Madrid or Barcelona, and reports to the VP Commercial EMEA.

In this role, you will:

  1. Deliver performance by achieving or exceeding growth targets for all product lines in IBERIA.
  2. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with market potential and growth objectives.
  3. Manage regional forecasts through rigorous funnel management and opportunity review.
  4. Oversee and enforce elite selling practices, key account management, and contract negotiations.
  5. Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and succession planning.
  6. Enhance the effectiveness of our Service & Customer Care team, promoting a customer-centric culture.

The essential requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven success in leading commercial teams in healthcare, managing long and short cycles.
  • Experience with key account management and complex sales processes.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and deliver results.
