Una empresa de gestión de viajes busca un Consultor de Viajes de Negocios en Madrid. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia con sistemas GDS y un buen dominio del inglés, además de habilidades organizativas sobresalientes. La posición incluye gestionar reservas, buscar opciones de viaje y asegurar que se cumplan las políticas de los clientes.

Formación

• Experiencia en la utilización de al menos un sistema de distribución global (GDS).
• Habilidades organizativas y de comunicación excepcionales.
• Enfoque proactivo y pasión por los viajes.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar todos los aspectos del viaje de negocios.
• Emitir boletos y manejar cambios o cancelaciones.
• Preparar informes de ventas y rendimiento.

Conocimientos

Experiencia práctica con GDS (AMADEUS, GALILEO, o SABRE)

Dominio del inglés hablado y escrito

Proficiencia en Microsoft Office y Google Workspace

Conocimiento de destinos y productos de viaje

Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación

In alignment with our ambitious international expansion , we are actively seeking experienced Business Travel Consultants to play a key role in contributing to its success, in Madrid , Spain.

THE ROLE

As a Business Travel Consultant at Cisalpina Tours, you will support our corporate clients by managing travel arrangements efficiently, accurately, and with care.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Booking all aspects of Business Travel including flights, rail, hotel, car hire, and taxi reservations.
• Issuing tickets, handling possible changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Managing the entire inquiry process, from searching for various fares and travel options to presenting optimal solutions to the client.
• Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
• Overseeing each booking, ensuring client profile details are considered, travel policies are adhered to, and advising on necessary VISA requirements.
• Responding to emails and calls within the client's SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Managing travel projects, ranging from individual reservations to large groups.
• Providing alternative options to clients within their travel policy.
• Preparing sales and performance reports and entering data into the back office system for Finance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Practical, hands-on experience in utilizing at least one major Global Distribution System (GDS), such as AMADEUS, GALILEO, or SABRE .
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong knowledge of destinations, travel products, and airline networks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach, a passion for travel, and a genuine focus on client service.
