Mission

  • Join our Business Transformation team to facilitate the integration of social media agencies post-acquisition, focusing on capturing commercial synergies and smooth integration into SAMY.
  • Work closely with assigned acquired companies on all aspects of integration, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer.
  • Participate in M&A processes by assisting in business and commercial assessments of target companies.
  • Lead strategic projects, applying your problem-solving and project management skills.

Job Functions

  • Manage the full integration process of acquired companies into SAMY.
  • Support business and commercial Due Diligence processes.
  • Define, structure, and implement strategic projects.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Strategy or Business Consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and unstructured environments.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; German and Dutch are a plus.
  • Work with a dynamic team in a fast-growing, innovative company.
