Q-tech is seeking a NetSuite Specialist (Systems & Integrations) to own and optimize the ERP ecosystem across the business. The role sits at the crossroads of Finance, Systems, and Data, driving automation, governance, and scalable financial workflows.

You will lead NetSuite design, integrations, and end-to-end deployments, partnering with Finance and Data leaders to deliver impactful enhancements and accurate reporting. Fluent collaboration and hands-on expertise are essential.

• Deep experience configuring NetSuite ERP and SuiteScript for enterprise finance processes.
• Proven track record delivering complex systems implementations from scoping to deployment.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance Operations within ERP ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Own, design, configure, and continuously improve NetSuite as a mission-critical platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of system integrations with scalable architecture.
• Translate business requirements into automated OtC, PtP, and R2R workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and data ecosystems.
• Drive the Finance Systems Roadmap with build vs. buy assessments.
• Ensure data quality, governance, auditability, and reliable reporting.
• Document configurations, workflows, and integrations for maintainability.

At Q-tech, we are currently looking for a NetSuite Specialist (Systems & Integrations) to join a fast-growing international company and take ownership of its core ERP ecosystem.

This is a highly strategic position sitting at the intersection of Finance, Systems, and Data, with full responsibility for the evolution, optimization, and integration of NetSuite across the business. The role offers significant autonomy and ownership, driving initiatives that directly impact scalability, automation, governance, and financial decision-making.

What will you do?

• Own, design, configure, and continuously improve NetSuite as a mission-critical business platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of system integrations, ensuring architectural consistency and long-term scalability.
• Translate business requirements into automated end-to-end finance workflows, including Order-to-Cash (OtC), Procure-to-Pay (PtP), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, business platforms, and the wider data ecosystem.
• Drive the Finance Systems Roadmap, evaluating new tools, modules, and integrations through a strategic build vs. buy approach.
• Ensure strong data quality, governance, auditability, and reporting reliability.
• Document configurations, workflows, and integrations to guarantee maintainability and architectural alignment.
• Partner closely with Finance and Data leaders to enable scalable and efficient financial operations.

What are we looking for?

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteScript.
• Solid expertise working with APIs, connectors, Python, and iPaaS platforms.
• Proven experience delivering complex systems implementation and transformation projects from scoping through deployment.
• Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance Operations, and financial processes.
• Experience applying engineering best practices, including Git, structured documentation, and change management.
• Good knowledge of SQL-based analytics and ERP reporting environments.
• Experience with dbt is considered a plus.
• Ability to bridge the gap between Finance and Engineering, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity, automation, and process improvement.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and leading initiatives independently.
