Descripción del empleo

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in Consumer Goods with an entrepreneurial and agile culture. As they expand into new business areas (Healthcare, SaaS) and transform global operations, we are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help drive improvements in our end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.

This is not a purely technical role, we are looking for someone who deeply understands Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Production Planning, S&OP), who can engage with the business, ask the right questions, and help shape solutions that deliver true value.

SAP ECC and SAP IBP are the systems we use — but the key to success in this role is understanding the business, not just knowing the system .

Key responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted IT-business partner for global Supply Chain Planning teams
  • Work with business users to understand their real needs , challenge assumptions, and define clear requirements
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions — working with Solution Architects and Developers
  • Drive process improvements and ensure solutions support business objectives
  • Lead testing and validation of new functionality and changes
  • Support and enhance Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Production Planning processes
  • Stay connected with industry trends (e.g., AI in planning) and bring practical ideas to the team
  • Communicate with diverse stakeholders across regions and levels of the organisation

Required profile :

  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning — ideally gained in a manufacturing & distribution business (Consumer Goods, Pharma, Electronics, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in Demand Planning and Production Planning — you know how forecasting works, how to interpret variances, how planning drives business performance
  • Business-focused mindset — able to see the bigger picture and how supply chain impacts brand, customer experience, and financials
  • Education or certification in Supply Chain (MBA, MSc, CPIM, ASCM or equivalent) highly preferred
  • Experience working with SAP IBP (Demand Planning) and SAP ECC (Production Planning) — but SAP expertise is not the priority ; what matters is your business process knowledge
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical thinker, curious and proactive — asks "why", not just "what"
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment is a plus

Work environment :

  • Remote-first role (anywhere in Spain)
  • Occasional travel : ~2x / year to the US, occasional trips to Barcelona
  • Working hours : Mon–Thu 10 : 00–19 : 00, Fri 12 : 00–19 : 00
  • Flat, non-bureaucratic organisation — direct access to leadership, freedom to take initiative
  • Involvement in strategic transformation projects (new business models, AI, advanced planning capabilities)

Why this role?

You will work at the heart of a global supply chain, helping shape how Duracell plans, produces, and delivers products to customers worldwide. You will be a key player in driving smarter, more agile planning processes — in a company that values initiative, creativity, and real impact.

If you are passionate about Supply Chain Planning, eager to work closely with the business, and ready to make a difference — we would love to hear from you.
