Crédit Agricole Group in Madrid is seeking a Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) to join the credit operations team. You will interface between clients, business lines, and operating platforms and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Your role covers credit management, documentation review, daily operations, data book­ing, coordination with Back Office and banks, and reporting for management and head office. This is an international experience opportunity for recent Master graduates.

Formación

• Must be under 28 years old.
• Master's degree required.
• EU citizenship required (except Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Credit management of facilities (agency, bilateral, syndicated, confirming, factoring, and forfaiting).
• Review and analyze legal and internal documentation (contracts, fee sheets, SPPI tests).
• Support drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, transfers, and sub-participations; monitor fees, funding and commitments.
• Book static data for new facilities, amendments and refinancings; ensure proper SWIFT payments.
• Coordinate with Back Office, external clients, agents and participant banks.
• Prepare periodic reports and statistics for management and head office.
• Participate in system migrations and development projects related to financing and trade finance operations.
• Prepare client credit positions for external audits.
• Contribute to cross-functional department initiatives.

As part of our development in Spain, we are looking for a Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) to join our team based in Madrid. You will be part of the credit operations department and play a key role as an interface between clients, business lines, and operating platforms.

Your main missions will be

• Credit management: Administer credit facilities in various forms (agency, bilateral, syndicated, confirming, factoring, and forfaiting), from onboarding through ongoing monitoring.
• Documentation: Review and analyze legal and internal documentation (contracts, fee sheets, SPPI tests, etc.).
• Daily operations: Support drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, transfers, and sub-participations, as well as monitor fees, funding, and commitments.
• Systems: Book static data for new facilities, amendments, and refinancings; ensure correct execution of SWIFT payments.
• Coordination: Liaise with Back Office, external clients, agents, and participant banks; handle requests from internal and external departments.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic reports and statistics for management and head office.
• Projects: Participate in system migration and development projects related to financing and trade finance operations.
• Audit: Prepare client credit positions for external audit requests.
• Project management: Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the department.

To be eligible for a VIE:
