We are founder-led, profitable, and growing. We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager to oversee travel, logistics, events, scheduling, expense policies, and administration.
This executive role demands outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills. It involves managing large-scale company events, coordinating travel for hundreds of employees across 80+ countries, and ensuring efficient and safe operations, including handling visas and travel complications. The team also manages expense claim reviews, ensuring fairness and transparency, and provides traditional 'EA' services for company leaders, including scheduling, reporting, approvals, and project coordination.
Location: Worldwide, home-based, except in locations with offices such as London, Taipei, and Beijing.
