A prominent IT customer based in Spain is looking for a Business Sales Manager to enhance online store growth by acquiring new SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise clients. This role includes prospecting customers, leveraging data insights to build a robust sales pipeline, and effectively utilising promotions to boost sales. A passion for technology and strong sales experience, particularly in the IT sector, are essential for success in this role.

Formación

For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a Business Sales Manager to be responsible for driving the online store growth through new SMB, SMCC and Enterprise customer acquisition, hunting for new customers, being the subject matter expert for the end-to-end customer journey and all applicable incentives and partner programs, mainly.

General Data :

  • Type of contract : Indefinite
  • Hours : 09 : 00h. - 18 : 00h. (40 hours)
  • Location : Remote
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Salary range : 35K - 40K

Role :

  • Prospect Existing customers – Customers who have purchased from the online store in the last three years.
  • Prospect using Cloud Ascent- Data list pulled from propensity data.
  • Build pipeline by activating relationships with the Sales Organisation.
  • Utilised promotions and OFT's to get customer to purchase, quote customers and call customers.

Reporting :

  • Tag opportunities within MSX.
  • Report on conversion.
  • Share insights and feedback.

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience in the SMB, SMCC and Enterprise segment, preferably in the IT industry and hardware sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to hunt and land sales pipeline.
