A leading company in the IT sector is seeking a Business Sales Manager to drive online store growth by acquiring new SMB and Enterprise customers. In this remote role, you will manage relationships, utilize promotional strategies, and report on conversion metrics to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Formación

  • Proven sales experience in SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise segments.
  • Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions.

or one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a Business Sales Manager to be responsible for driving the online store growth through new SMB, SMCC and Enterprise customer acquisition, hunting for new customers, being the subject matter expert for the end-to-end customer journey and all applicable incentives and partner programs, mainly.

General Data :

  • Type of contract : Indefinite
  • Hours : 09 : 00h. - 18 : 00h. (40 hours)
  • Location : Remote
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Salary range : 35K - 40K

Role :

  • Prospect existing customers – customers who have purchased from the online store in the last three years.
  • Prospect using Cloud Ascent - data list pulled from propensity data.
  • Build pipeline by activating relationships with the sales organization.
  • Utilize promotions and OFTs to encourage purchases, quote customers, and make calls.

Reporting :

  • Tag opportunities within MSX.
  • Report on conversion rates.
  • Share insights and feedback.

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience in the SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise segments, preferably in the IT industry and hardware sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to hunt and secure sales pipeline.
