A leading IT company in Spain is seeking a Business Sales Manager to drive the growth of their online store by acquiring new customers from SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise segments. The role involves utilizing customer data, managing sales relationships, and requires strong sales and communication skills.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a Business Sales Manager to be responsible for driving the online store growth through new SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise customer acquisition. The role involves hunting for new customers, being the subject matter expert for the end-to-end customer journey, and managing all applicable incentives and partner programs.

General Data :

  • Type of contract: Indefinite
  • Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (40 hours)
  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary range: 35K - 40K

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect existing customers who have purchased from the online store in the last three years.
  • Utilize Cloud Ascent data to identify prospects based on propensity data.
  • Build a sales pipeline by activating relationships with the Sales Organization.
  • Use promotions and OFTs to encourage customer purchases, provide quotes, and make calls to customers.

Reporting :

  • Tag opportunities within MSX.
  • Report on conversion rates.
  • Share insights and feedback with the team.

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience in SMB, SMCC, and Enterprise segments, preferably in the IT industry with hardware sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong ability to hunt and close sales pipelines.
