Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Commercial control: Follow the POs reception, status and registration according to the internal rules. Take the lead in participate in meetings to assure the correct compliance regulation.
2. Sales Analysis: Participate in the analysis of the CNBG Sales figures according to the department rules and regional and HQ requirements. Control the flow of the figures update in the system platform.
3. Manage the internal iSales+ platform and update regular basis Forecast, Targets, etc. Comprehensive sales figures analysis: Collect and analyze sales figures from the different accounts and design the reporting method to the managers.
4. Organize accordingly the Sales Meetings in a regular basis, pursue the fulfillment of the platform inputs with all the accounts inside CNBG customers.
5. Coordinate with other departments the reporting materials and follow the accomplishment of the targets.
6. Process Self Annual Control Assessment and Sales Proactive Review to identify risks and potential irregularities which are not complying with the regulation and set up key improvement measures.
7. Sport activities (football, basketball, tennis and padel) procurement and control. Collects requirements, tracks and obtains budget and compliance approval, and initiates procurement process. Verify the applicant's approval, distribute the tickets and prepare the ledger, and issue monthly reports.

Qualifications:

1. Financial and economics experience, International business and bidding experience in international corporations, international trade, international commercial contract management, international engineering management, etc. is preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above; Education background in international laws or local laws, economy and trade, international economic law, international engineering management, etc. is preferred;
3. Fluent in English& Spanish listening, reading, speaking, writing and translating skills; Bilingual skills are preferred; Chinese would be a plus.
4. Strong analysis and communication skills; teamwork spirit;
