UST España & Latam is seeking a System Engineering Project Manager / Product Owner with extensive experience leading technology initiatives around Business Rule Engines, ideally with experience in the financial sector. The role is hybrid with two remote days and three days at the client site in Madrid.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define requirements with stakeholders, prioritize the backlog, and drive end-to-end delivery across REST services and Java ecosystems.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in system engineering, project management or product ownership.
• Experience with Business Rule Engines and REST-based integrations.
• Experience in financial environments preferred, including pre-trade validation and大型 systems.
• Ability to define requirements and lead business-oriented technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of products and projects based on Business Rule Engines.
• Define, analyze, and manage functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and corporate architecture.
• Coordinate development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the backlog as a Product Owner.

Working model:

2 days remote / 3 days at the client's office, in the Sol area, next to the underground station.

• Lead the end-to-end management of products and projects based on Business Rule Engines.
• Define, analyze, and manage functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and corporate architecture.
• Coordinate development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage sub-products or sub-projects within complex programs.
• Oversee integrations through REST services and Java-based ecosystems.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the backlog as a Product Owner.
• More than 7 years of professional experience.
