Revolut is hiring for its Graduate Programme in Technology Services. You will join a 12-month track, tackle real-world IT challenges, and work with engineering teams to support enterprise device platforms across multiple operating systems.

Top performers may receive a full-time role during or after the programme. International relocation may be required; the role is hybrid with ~3 days in the office and visa/travel support where applicable.

Formación

• 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, software engineering, cybersecurity or related STEM field.
• Graduate in 2025, 2026 or 2027.
• Passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation or enterprise tech.
• Experience scripting or programming via coursework or internships (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong problem-solving, curiosity to learn new tech.
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid role (3 days/week in office).

Responsabilidades

• Support management and automation of enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS and mobile devices.
• Help deploy software, configure devices, and improve onboarding for employees.
• Monitor device health, security and compliance; support global fleet improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with teams to resolve endpoint and systems challenges.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and internal processes.
• Support security initiatives by maintaining device standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to build scalable tech solutions for employees worldwide.

Join us from anywhere

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

• Programme start: early 2027 (January–June) or late 2027 (July–December)

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the management and automation of enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices
• Helping to deploy software, configure devices, and improve the employee onboarding experience
• Monitoring device health, security, and compliance, and supporting improvements across the global fleet
• Troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with teams to resolve endpoint and systems challenges
• Developing scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes
• Supporting security initiatives by helping maintain device standards and best practices
• Working with experienced engineers to build scalable solutions that improve the technology experience for employees around the world

What you’ll need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree, or equivalent grade
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM subject
• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• A passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation, or enterprise technology
• Experience scripting or programming through coursework, projects, or internships (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
• Solid problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new technologies
• A proactive, ambitious, and results‑driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
• Full‑time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
• A willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN8,800 - PLN8,800 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN8,800 - PLN8,800 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
