About The Role

Our Risk team is central to Revolut, working across functions, products, and regions to monitor performance and ensure safety. Members are involved in new initiatives from App Technology to Treasury, Finance, and Customer Support.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager within the first line of defense. An analytical thinker to develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks, elevating our risk management practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risks
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls
• Developing and testing key procedures
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
• Managing and delivering risk incident reports

What You'll Need

• A 2 : 1 degree from a top university
• 3+ years in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services
• Knowledge of internal finance controls and SOX
• Ability to interpret and organize complex data practically
• A record of achievement, such as winning competition awards (academic, professional, or sports)
• Quick responsibility assumption and organizational skills
• Impressive interpersonal skills
