Uriage Eau Thermale recherche un Commercial Project Officer pour piloter des projets au sein de la division dermo-cosmétique. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets commerciaux et devra favoriser la collaboration entre différentes équipes. La diversité des tâches comprend la gestion de la stratégie commerciale, l'amélioration des processus et la transformation des équipes commerciales.

Formación

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets commerciaux ou un rôle connexe.
• Expérience en vente dans l'industrie dermo-cosmétique ou secteur pharmaceutique souhaitée.

Responsabilidades

• Améliorer les processus et introduire des efficacités dans les projets commerciaux.
• Coordonner les projets entre différentes unités commerciales.

As a transversal Commercial Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business and cross functional projects within Puig Derma division. You will report to the Business Development Director and you will closely work with Derma sales teams and orchestrate collaboration among various departments to ensure successful execution of business projects.

Business Process Improvement

• Work with various departments to streamline processes and introduce efficiencies in the delivery of commercial projects across the Derma Division
• Ad hoc projects : contribute personally and with business team members to enhance existing process and will write playbook or procedures

Cross-functional Project Management

• Lead and coordinate projects across various business units
• Ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication among departments such as sales, legal, finance, operations, and marketing
• Lead the market
• Protection project

Commercial project management

• Incorporate commercial strategies into project planning
• Oversee collecting all commercial conditions, draft retro planning and propose a consistent and efficient commercial roadmap
• Accompany business teams transformation
• Set up and animate specific “Derma Business Practices” communities – “Best Of Business”

Profil

• Good understanding of commercial strategies ideally acquired in the dermo cosmetic industry or sales experience in pharmacy sector
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments to align objectives and drive business success
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management or a related role ( sales, business coordinator)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
