A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive annual sales objectives focused on private hospitals and wholesalers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and sales within the health/pharmaceutical environment, with robust relationship management skills. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive account plans and collaborating with various business units to ensure product access in key accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of delivering innovative health solutions.
The Private Sector has been growing over the last few years (+5% vs 2022). Currently, in Spain, we have more than 12 million persons with private insurance (24% of the universe), with 441 Private Hospitals (54% vs total Hospitals) and a significant number of Health Care Professionals (278 M HCP) in this sector.
The majority of visits to private specialists are focused on Organon audiences, such as Traumatologists, Gynecologists, Dermatologists, etc. Due to these figures and the opportunities in this area, the Private Sector is an important source of business for Organon now and in the future!
