Position: Key Account Manager - Healthcare Software and Data Solutions

Major Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including hospitals, research institutions, and public health entities.
  • Address and resolve data access blockades with hospitals, providers, insurers, and health systems to support RWE studies.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with clinical data providers to ensure timely data sourcing for RWE studies.

External Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with healthcare regulators and professional associations to promote Savana’s solutions and influence industry standards.
  • Represent Savana at conferences, workshops, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Information Security Compliance:

  • Adhere to Security Policies, Procedures, and Manuals.
  • Report security incidents or suggest improvements.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience, especially in SaaS within healthcare and with health insurance companies.
  • Understanding of technology, big data, and AI applications in health.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing international sales and business development teams.
  • Ability to communicate with medical departments in pharma.
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, multinational environment, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Patience, flexibility, resilience under pressure.
