About the role

In this exciting role, you will be accountable for the global project management of the ERP Transformation. You establish the program governance, and continuously maintain the priorities and methodology, incl. capacity planning, delivery and reporting.

You manage project milestones, adherence to budget, steer key deliverables, and ensure an updated governance methodology, in alignment with stakeholders such as integrated workstreams, IT and implementation partners. You have joint accountability with the IT program lead to providing status updates to program leadership and sponsorship.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Program plan

  • Define the program results from a business perspective (e.g. adherence to standards, value proposition and value tracking)
  • Supports EY Program Lead in maintaining the program resource plan in terms of people and activity (internal global and local)
  • Key Support for Local Project Managers to ensure strong integration and clear local planning with local teams

Execution

  • Escalation point on Business Design decisions, reviews business cases (deviations to template, improvement of template, extensions of scope) and support Program Leadership in decision taking
  • Works collaboratively with Business Area Managers (BAMs) to ensure program delivery and tracking, maintaining adherence to the program goals
  • Ensure Continuous improvement and learnings for future implementations in the program

Governance

  • Responsible to safeguard scope of the program
  • Ensure that program governance is set up and running (template governance framework, governance bodies: reporting, decision authorities, escalation and cascading)
  • Cascade actions to the internal business project teams local and global across all workstreams and layers, and ensure actions are taken and executed
  • Participation/Lead in "Steady state" program -Ensure functional committees, actions/incidents and backlogs are followed up.

Engagement

  • Works with Local Project Managers and Senior teams across the group to provide steering, guidance and communication of the plans
  • Key contact to ensure alignment with parallel projects across the group e.g. MES, EUDR etc
  • Proactively assess and recommend new tools and methods to enhance our infrastructure, automation, scalability, and reliability.

Your Profile

Education:

  • University degree in Business or Engineering

Languages:

  • Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial

Professional experience:

  • +7 years of relevant experience working in cross-functional project-management roles in global organizations, including program-leading roles
  • Cross-functional experience of business operations within the food and beverage industry
  • Experience in steering large-scale ERP program management and strategic implementation initiatives
  • ERP implementation experience in context of SAP FICO, MM, PP-PI, PPDS as well as Master Data and Group Consolidation
