Formación

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles similares, valorándose la experiencia en construcción.
• Interés en el ámbito digital y habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

Business Processes and Digitalization Professional

Functions:

• Participate in the development of the digitalization strategy at Ferrovial Energía
• Communicate the strategy with regular stakeholders
• Support construction teams in the implementation of Procore
• Test new modules in Procore or other project management solutions
• Act as a point of contact with Procore to convey identified needs from projects and departments and prioritize necessary developments
• Coordinate the development of training programs and user guides for the standardization of platform use at Ferrovial Energía
• Gather requirements from departments for the standardization of Procore use
• Promote the digitalization culture

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; experience in construction is valued
• Advanced level of English
• Interest in the digital field
• Creativity and innovation, with good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
