Stefanini is hiring English-speaking Business Process Management Consultants to join one of our banking clients, based in Málaga, Spain.

• Role duration: long term;
• Work model: hybrid (2 to 3 days working on-site in Málaga)

We’re looking for candidates with experience in digitalization processes and improvement of business processes.

This client is evaluating candidates with:

• Around / at least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Experience with BPMN and Case Management process modelling tools;
• Experience with Appian;
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work well in a team, as well as experience in agile methodologies;
• Interest in adapting to different technologies;
• Ability to design user experiences (UX) will be highly valued;
• Kogito knowledge (nice to have);
