The role of Senior Business Analyst involves being part of a team responsible for the efficient operation of business processes.

This position requires maintaining and enhancing existing systems, processes, and tools to drive continuous excellence in finance and operations.

Main responsibilities include operating and maintaining data processes, overseeing applications and tools, and assisting in the management of regulatory reports and scenario modelling.

• Operate and maintain the team's data processes (ETL), identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Oversee and maintain the team's applications and tools to ensure seamless operations year-round.
• Assist in the management of regulatory reports and scenario modelling, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

As a successful Senior Business Analyst, you will ideally have :

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in R / Python programming and SQL; familiarity with Azure or Databricks is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in capital markets.
• Proficiency in English.
