TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Process Consultant to standardize, streamline, and automate end-to-end business processes across European operations, delivering efficient and flexible solutions.

You will analyze existing processes, collaborate with IT, RPA and Celonis teams, implement changes, monitor impact, and provide training and support to business units to ensure sustainable improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years in a similar role, ideally pan-European.
• Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience in Change Management on multi-function/country projects.
• Experience with Process Mining tools (Celonis) and AI tools is a plus.
• SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to converse and write effectively in English.
• Strong communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
