Are you passionate about racket sports ? Do you dream of building something meaningful from the ground up?

I am looking for a business partner to join us in launching an exciting international venture focused on sports exchange experiences — organizing padel, tennis, pickleball, and beach tennis trips around the world : tournaments, clinics, culture, community, and connection.

Who am I looking for :

• A creative mind with skills in content creation, social media strategy, and event planning .
• Someone with commercial drive who’s not afraid to knock on doors, pitch projects, and seek out collaborations.
• A genuine interest or experience in racket sports is essential.
• Strong English skills (C1 level or higher) — we’ll be operating globally.
• Someone whose network will help us open doors, close deals, and accelerate growth.

What’s the deal?

This is a founding partnership opportunity , not a salaried position.

At this early stage, we will work collaboratively and share profits generated by the business.
