Currently we're looking for a Training & Development Business Partner to ensure the GXO University core programmes are effectively deployed across Iberia to deliver effective learning and talent development solutions that meet the regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and the business to align talent strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
- Promote GXO University initiatives and development solutions.
- Develop solutions for leadership groups and key business priorities.
- Lead and coordinate Performance and Talent Management processes in Iberia.
- Develop People Reviews processes and tools, and coordinate deployment across Iberia.
- Provide regional analysis, develop recommendations, and action plans for leadership.
- Manage Iberian Graduate programmes as a talent pipeline for key roles.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and Communications Teams to develop Employer Branding and support internal communications.
- Oversee operational and safety training to ensure operational and training excellence across Iberia.
- Consult on start-ups and engage with the Start-up Training Centre of Excellence.
- Manage and implement leadership/management development programmes.
- Manage Entry Development Programmes.
- Build effective relationships with senior management, peers, colleagues, and external providers through exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Participate in career development and training programs provided by the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience managing and implementing leadership/management development programmes.
- Experience managing Entry Development Programmes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building at all levels.
