Monolithic Power Systems seeks a Business Operations Intern to join our Finance and Administration team in Barcelona, Spain. This paid internship offers exposure to multinational processes and collaboration across Europe, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and business tools.

As an intern, you will work under experienced F&A professionals, supporting key processes, documentation, and system enhancements while developing professional skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Finance and Administration processes in a multinational company.
• Support ERP and business systems integration with the wider business.
• Help organize subsidiary management documentation and records.
• Participate in policy updates and training.

Internship Overview

Business Operations Intern

Location: Barcelona, Spain. This is a paid internship.

Essential Functions

• Under the guidance of experienced F&A professionals, you will gain insights into the Finance and Administration processes in a multinational company.
• Support Finance and Administration activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas.
• Work with ERP and business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc.).
• Support key F&A processes across Europe.
• Support system entries.
• Support organizing subsidiary management documentation and records.
• Assist with communication and policies updates and training.
• Support ERP and system enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable team player with a passion for business.
