What You’ll Do :

You will be fully responsible for driving and developing the Bio Business in the designated region, with end-to-end ownership across all strategic and operational aspects. Leading sales performance while ensuring strong alignment with other functions.

What We’re Looking For :

• 10+ years of sales experience in agriculture, preferably in biologicals
• In-depth knowledge of the Iberia biologicals market and strong sales network
• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (Portuguese or Italian is a plus)
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and other business targets
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and represent the company across the region
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Location :

Based in Spain with regional travel.
