Our Digital Team offers a broad spectrum of services, including Digital Strategy, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Services, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence solutions. We work closely with strategic and operational consultants, developing data experts across all transportation modes.

Position :

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our multidisciplinary Data & Intelligence team. If you are passionate about leveraging data to create impactful solutions and want to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and drive the development of BI capabilities / features and reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Act as a knowledge reference within the company , supporting internal initiatives and mentoring colleagues in BI best practices.
• Design and maintain data models, analytical layers, and dashboards using BI tools.
• Work with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all BI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business consultants, to identify key BI requirements.
• Utilize advanced Power BI features ( DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service ) to create interactive, scalable, and automated reporting solutions.
• Hold office hours and workshops to assist business units with Power BI best practices, analytics strategies, and technical troubleshooting .
• Stay up to date with the latest BI trends, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, working with data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
• Expert-level knowledge in BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Business Objects, or MicroStrategy .
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and integration.
• Experience with ETL tools like PowerCenter, ORACLE PL / SQL, ODI, IBM DataStage, or Cognos.
• Strong data modeling and visualization skills, with a portfolio of analytics work, including scorecards and dashboards.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Power BI Certification (PL-300) : A Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Availability to travel when required.
