A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a BI specialist to enhance sales force effectiveness through market research, analytics, and project management. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with marketing and global teams to drive insights and shape business decisions, requiring Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field, preferably with a background in dermatology.

Formación

• Desirable to have more than 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in dermatology and hospital market preferred.

This role is dynamic, fast-paced and working proactively to deliver robust analytics, actionable insights and recommendations that informs some of the most critical business questions and decisions.

Key areas of responsibility include sales force effectiveness (SFE) business insights (BI), forecasting, CRM Veeva, primary market research, MCM (multichannel marketing) analytics, performance reporting and KPI tracking. Being operational in role, working in close collaboration with the management and cross functional business teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for options and future evolution of the areas within BI / Market Research.
• Working with Marketing on clear KPIs to forecast measure and monitor MCM activities.
• Responsibility for driving market research in Spain and work with global business intelligent team to review and channel to relevant Spain stakeholder Global market research projects to be implemented in Spain
• Ownership of BI solution to deliver the reporting and monitoring of data for promoted & non-promoted products, acquisition products, etc.
• Manage key projects from global / Spain that require testing or input to include epidemiology forecasting tools, analysis models or insights tools
• Clear understanding of influencing factors related to the business to include external environmental factors, competitor’s initiatives, industry trends and background knowledge in the operating environment.
• Lead forecasting process from a BI perspective working with finance and line of business.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master’s business / science degree.

Skills

• High business acumen. Business orientated mindset and operational leadership skills to drive a team and support leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A clear and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with and influencing colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven with proven project management skills to execute multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment.
• Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications.
• In-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI Solutions, Power BI, warehousing databases and CRM systems e.g. Veeva Business insights : In-depth knowledge and experience of working in the specialities of Sales Force Effectiveness, Business (Data) insights, Primary Market Research, CRMs e.g. Veeva, data analytics, MCM analytics and BI reporting systems / solutions to support business needs.
